Scribblings

This is where you can read what I’ve written.  There are three sections: Short Fiction, Work in Progress and Fairy Tales.

The Short Fiction is pretty much what it says.  These are pieces that I have beaten into submission  sufficiently for me to let them free in the wild.

The Work in Progress is mostly bits and pieces that I think will fit into something bigger, or maybe not, at some  later stage.  I think they mostly stand alone and, if they remain that way, then they’ll get moved to the Short Fiction section.

The Fairy Tales are re-tellings of familiar stories. The series came about as a result of an exercise set as part of a writing course I was taking.  I wrote one piece and then someone suggested it would make a great series.  Well, it’s a series, possibly even a growing one, but you have to judge the quality.
